What is a wet sand blaster?
Wet sandblasting machine is a sandblasting abrasive (such as brown corundum, glass beads, etc.) and liquid (water) as the medium, with compressed air (air compressor) as the power, the surface of the solid workpiece for spraying sand blasting machine.
Characteristics of wet sand blasting machine:
The body is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, durable, non-corrosive.

Scope of application of wet sand blasting machine:
① Suitable for liquid sandblasting.
② Suitable for small and medium-sized parts and small batch sandblasting.
③ Clean the oxide skin on the surface of heat treated parts, welds, castings, forgings and so on, and the cleaning quality can reach Sa3.
(4) Clean the tiny burr and surface residue of the machined parts.
⑤ Surface pretreatment of the workpiece before spraying and electroplating can obtain the active surface and improve the adhesion of spraying and electroplating coating.
When using a wet sand blaster, please note the following details:
1. Less sand or even no sand
The abrasive in the sand storage bucket is used up, close the air valve, and then slowly add the corresponding abrasive.
2. The sandblasting mouth of the wet sandblasting machine is blocked by sand
After the air supply is stopped, remove the nozzle and observe for foreign bodies. If there are foreign objects, please clean them up; Keep the sand dry. The large amount of moisture in the sand also clogs the nozzles, so the compressed air dries out.
3. Sand blast pipe is blocked
The pipe was blocked by a foreign object. After closing the air valve, remove the nozzle first, then open the wet sand blasting machine, and blow out the foreign body with the high pressure gas of the air compressor; If the blockage is not removed, remove the pipe for cleaning or replace it with a new pipe.
4. Wet combination of sand blasting abrasives will not produce sand
Clean the nozzle of the nozzle, then pour out the inner sandblasting abrasive, dry and strain through a sieve.
