As an important machine in industrial production, wet sand blasting machine not only reduces the use of manual and production costs, but also makes industrial production more convenient and fast. However, if it is run for a long time, its service life will be shortened, so regular maintenance is important. 1. The maintenance of wet sand blasting machine can be divided into monthly maintenance, weekly maintenance and regular maintenance according to the different time. The general steps of maintenance are to cut off the air source, stop the machine for inspection, remove the nozzle, check and organize the filter element, and organize the water cup.
2. Start the machine and check whether it works normally, as well as the total time it takes to exhaust during the downtime. Check whether the sealing ring of the shutoff valve is aging or cracked. If yes, replace it in time.
3. Periodically check the safety system to avoid potential safety risks during operation and ensure the normal operation of the machine.
When using wet sand blasting machine, in order to ensure the normal use of the sand blasting machine, we need to pay attention to the following matters:
1. Turn on the air source and power supply required by the sand blasting machine, and turn on the relevant switch. Adjust the airbrush pressure as needed. Add abrasive to the machine chamber slowly, do not rush to avoid clogging.
2. When the sand blasting machine stops working, the power and air supply must be cut off. Check the safety of all components. It is strictly prohibited to drop foreign matter into the inner cavity of the sand blasting machine, so as not to damage the sand blasting machine directly. The surface of the workpiece must be dry.
3. For the process that needs to be stopped in emergency, press the emergency stop button switch and the sand blasting machine will stop working. Cut off the power and air supply to the machine. To turn off the machine, first clean the parts and turn off the gun switch. Clean abrades attached to workbench, sandblasting chamber walls and strainer to flow back to separator. Turn off the dust collector. Turn off the power switch on the electrical box.
Thoroughly clean the abrasive material attached to the working surface, the inner wall of the sandblast gun and the mesh so that it flows back to the separator. Open the rubber plug at the top of the sand regulator valve and collect the abrasive into the container. Add new abrasives to cab as needed, but start fan first.
Precautions when using sand blasting equipment:
1. During the installation of the wet sand blasting machine, the pipes and joints of the sand blasting equipment must be firmly installed to ensure safety. When working, check frequently for air leaks and pipe damage. Badly worn pipes should be replaced immediately to prevent explosion injury to surrounding personnel.
2. During the operation of the wet sand blasting machine, the spray gun of the sand blasting equipment shall not point at others.
3. When maintaining the sand blasting equipment, pay attention to closing the air pressure equipment. Air must be completely expelled from the air tube before parts can be repaired or replaced. When adding abrasive, expel compressed air from the cylinder before opening the top cover.
4. During sandblasting operation, operators should wear safety helmet, professional sandblasting uniform and rubber gloves for sandblasting operation. Especially when using mobile wet sand blasting machines and open sand blasting equipment.
