The use of wet sand blasting machine is different from that of dry sand blasting machine. The wet sandblasting machine will place the refined substance in water, and use the refined substance pump and compressed air through the spray gun to spray the refined substance to the outer layer of the material to be processed at high speed, so as to achieve the role of cleaning and polishing the outer layer. The wet sand blasting machine adopts suction sand blasting, which uses compression to form negative pressure when the sand is flowing at high speed to produce spraying effect. The refined material liquid in the refined material tank is sucked into the sand blasting gun through the rubber hose, and then with the compressed air flow from the nozzle to the outer layer of the material at high speed to achieve sand blasting.
Wet sandblasting machine has high sandblasting efficiency, low consumption of refined material, and can achieve the purpose of improving the outer layer of material smoothness and outer layer strength. Because the liquid sandblasting machine adopts wet sealing operation, the grinding liquid refining material adopts tap water and natural sand (shot blasting), it also works in circulation, so it will not produce dust, will not discharge toxic waste water, and will not pollute the environment. The equipment is easy to install and does not require a separate workshop. After sand blasting of mechanical fittings, wet sand blasting machine can improve the outer finish of mechanical fittings by 0.5-2.0 on the original basis. Mechanical fittings may also be shiny or matte if different shot peening materials are used. Liquid sand blasting is one of the ideal methods for polishing and polishing the outer layer.
